My husband, Son and I have been seeing Kay for almost 2 years now..I had never had any work done ever before and was a little skeptical at first but now I would recommend Kay to everyone! I first went to see her with back pain, swollen aching ankles and feet in which she gave me relief from..not long after I fell pregnant with my Son little did I know Bowen and acupuncture is amazing for pregnancy and post pregnancy and for your baby too! My little man had bad reflux and wind issues..Kay was more than happy to help and share her knowledge and techniques on how to help our baby get through some of his stomach upsets which was an absolute blessing to a tired Mummy and Daddy..Kay is a lovely lady and not only that she knows her stuff and always goes the extra mile to help if she can! I highly recommend you give her a go! I'm glad we did!

I orginally went to Kay for a sore thumb ( 3 years) and shoulder due to years of chefing. I have now tried a number of different therapies and combinations. I have no shoulder pain and the thumb has improved. I have been having accupunture dots for anxiety, these i can not recommend enough. I love that i dont go there with a specific treatment in mind, we just see what the body needs when I arrive. I highly recommend Kay, she is apt in many natural therapies, is located in a peaceful spot and is a beautiful person.. Thanks Kay..

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend and also thank Kay so much for helping me through some tough physical pain, due to the line of work that I am in i.e.: driver. To many hours in the drivers seat. Through Kay's amazing work I can honestly say, I feel amazing... I am a very fortunate person as I have a VIP states with Kay and I get the Fusion work done. It is a combination of Reiki, Bowen therapy, Reflexology and Indian Head message, Kay can create one that sui...ts you anyway, but this is mine.. I can tell you once I float out of Kay's therapy room and I do mean float, it is hard to explain the feeling of euphoria as Kay does have some amazing energy flowing through her, the room with in minutes is so charged, well all I can say is you need to feel it for yourself. I would definitely recommend Kay. She is willing to try different things to find out what works for YOUR body and has so many different techniques to apply to see what works. She's a clever & lovely lady!
I first received treatment from Kay mid 2014. I went to see her after I had developed a frozen shoulder. I had been having physio but it was not getting results..... It was only recognised as "looking like a frozen shoulder" when I decided to demonstrate my limited movement ...to the physio after many weeks, not having been asked to....My husband had been telling me to see Kay and this certainly motivated me to do it....as well as being booked to go overseas in a few days.
This lovely lady squeezed in 2 treatments, one the morning of my departure day. She also gave me exercises/stretches to do which worked wonders in a short time while I was away. (I had not been given anything like that before). Those 2 treatments worked way past the usual time I would get from previous physio/massage sessions. She also worked on my other issues.
I have been seeing her regularly since then for general help and treatments except for a few months earlier this year in which time I had felt really good (I put that down to her treatment too)...until I unwisely hurt my back a little.....and then a lot. I have had 1 treatment last Friday when I had to lay down on the back seat and be driven up the road to her and 1 yesterday. Today I am able to sit up and get up from sitting with no pain at all. I have been able to walk around in our garden today which has slopes and uneven ground too.... It's amazing!

I went to Kay with a Very sore shoulder.. In the sessions we had my shoulder was cured and I could move my neck freely.. In our chats Kay found out that we were trying for a baby for a little why and Kay also helps with pregnancy issues.. Kay did one session on me and the next mth we were pregnant(some people need more sessions).. When we look at our Princess whom we thought we wouldn't have we thank Kay every Day!! Kay is a lovely and friendly person and can help with a lot more then just normal stuff!! I recommend Kay to every body!! Thank you Kay.. Xo

As an aging weekend warrior sportsperson the niggling injuries start to build up but after a few visits to Kay for Bowen the difference is amazing. She explains what she is doing wonderfully and has made a real difference in my recovery. Highly recommended for anyone feeling sore.

I can't thank Kay enough for the help she has given me with her Bowen Therapy sessions over the years! I have been visiting for over 8 years and swear by the results! I'm always amazed by the new therapies she has to offer, in as little as just one visit all my worries dissapear :) Might I add the incredible spray tans I keep coming back for! I love being complimented on my natural looking tan :P Im lining up for hot rocks therapy and acupuncture next! xx Forever thankful
